Kids Inc. are an after-school care service that runs in our school from 1.20 - 6.30 Monday - Friday during term time.

Infant Hour Club and Infant 2 hour care option 

Kids Inc propose to run an Infant ‘Hour Club’. This service would run from 1.20 – 2.20 at a cost of 138e per calendar month. 

You can also avail of a 2 hour block from 1.20 – 3.30 at a cost of 

• 5 days €300 per calendar month

• 4 days €270 per calendar month

• 3 days €225 per calendar month

• 2 days €160 per calendar month

There will be flexibility of an additional hour for example until 4.30 (possibly to match a sibling on a two hour block from 2.20 – 4.30) but this is limited and will depend on their ability to maintain the correct ratio’s set by Tusla and this would be by contacting them directly, 

 

Full Afternoon Care 

Kids Inc propose to run a full afternoon service until from 1.20 - 6.30 at a cost (that includes the Infant hour) per calendar month of 

• 5 days €519 per calendar month

• 4 days €491 per calendar month

• 3 day €367 per calendar month

• 2 days €263 per calendar month

 

You can also avail of a 2 hour option 

• 5 days €300 per calendar month

• 4 days €270 per calendar month

• 3 days €225 per calendar month

• 2 days €160 per calendar month

 

They also have flexibility of an additional hour (for example care until 5.30) but this is limited and will depend on their ability to maintain the correct ratio’s set by Tusla and this would be by contacting them directly

 

They also have emergency/short term care charged at a day rate again depending on their ability to maintain the correct ratio’s set by Tusla on that day, at a rate of 36e a day 

 

Prices are based on 38 weeks of afterschool care (this is actual term time minus holiday periods)  spread over 10 equal monthly payments for convenience. The 38 weeks excludes school term holidays, summer holidays. These are dealt with separately with an offering of holiday camps. 

 

Holiday Camps 

Kids Inc propose to offer holiday care ‘camps’ that can be booked separately in advance of these times, such as during October mid-term, Christmas, February mid-term and Easter.

• 5 Day Camp: €200

• 4 Day Camp (if there is a Bank Holiday that week) €165

 

Their ability to offer summer care will depend on the availability of our school building pending any major building works. 

 

On half-days care is provided for, within the cost above, so care would begin earlier but finish at the same times as a usual school day.
